Natural stone
Natural stone is a quarried material and its colour, veining and fossil content vary between slabs and within a slab. That variation is not a defect. We warrant that the stone supplied is the stone named on the invoice, of the grade and thickness quoted, and free of structural faults such as open fissures at the time of delivery.
Etching, staining, wear and damage from installation, fabrication or use are not covered. Selection of the actual slabs at the showroom is the buyer’s acceptance of their appearance.
Sintered surfaces
Sintered sheets carry the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, for the period and on the conditions set out in the manufacturer’s document, when fabricated and installed to the manufacturer’s guidelines. The full document is supplied with each quote and order.

Making a claim
Keep your invoice and the slab or sheet numbers written on the delivery docket. Send photographs and the docket to us as soon as you notice the issue. We inspect on site where needed and respond promptly.
